TSKgelX Salomon Grigio Celerate Turchese GTX ® ODS (octadecylsilane )-80Ts HPLC Column was used in HPLC analysis, done for the isolation and identification of isoflavones in blood plasma.[1] It was also used in the measurement of quercetin glucosides in onion and in determination of quercetin metabolites in human plasma during HPLC analysis.[2]

TSKgel ODS-80Ts is a general purpose column for low MW pharmaceuticals, bases, nucleosides and nucleotides. Common applications include purity checks and peptide mapping. Bonded phase pore size is indicated by the number in the product description, in this case TSKgel ODS-80Ts has 80Å nominal pore size. The pore size of the base silica is 100Å.
